What are your materials made of?

925 Sterling Silver: 90% pure silver, mixed with alloys to add strength and durability. 
Gold Vermeil: Gold Plated over a Sterling Silver base.
14K Gold Dipped: Thin layer of gold adheres to the silver through an electroplating bath. 
Gold Plated: Gold dipped over a lesser metal such as brass.

What is your exchange/return policy?
All sales are final. We do not honor refunds or exchanges unless error on our behalf.

How long will it take for me to receive my custom item?

Allow at least 2-3 weeks (excluding weekends) for production + standard shipping time. Holidays can affect production and shipping so we suggest ordering your custom items as far in advance as possible during these times.


What is the best way to care for my items?
Try to keep your custom plate away from perfumes, alcohol (lotions, hairspray, etc.) and swimming pools/spas. The necklaces are made with 0.925 sterling silver and will naturally tarnish with time. 


When will I receive my order for non-custom items?
You will receive your order within 3-7 business days after your order has been processed.

All non-custom orders take 3-5 days to process sometimes sooner depending on order status, after your order has been processed shipping is 3-5 business days

Sale orders might be slightly delayed due to volume and have longer processing time ( this does not include shipping time ) After your order has been processed shipping is 3-5 business days

The processing time for orders is 3-5 days. After that, delivery time within the United States is 3-5 days, and 6-10 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during the holidays or sales, this time may vary.


How can I track my order?
You will receive your tracking number via email.  To track your package use the tracking number you were sent then visit usps.com and place that tracking number on the tab where it says ” Search or Enter a Tracking Number ” 

 

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS ARE NORMAL. YOUR ITEMS MIGHT ARRIVE IN MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS.
